Proudly partnered with the Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce and supported by Liverpool City Council, the Food & Wine Artisan Festival invites the community to immerse themselves in a full day of flavour, discovery, and indulgence.
Hosted at the picturesque William Inglis Hotel – a venue known for its rustic charm and warm, rural soul – this exciting event promises a vibrant showcase of South West Sydney’s diverse food and wine scene.

From 10 am on Sunday, October 12, guests can explore a carefully curated marketplace filled with artisanal goods, handcrafted bites and boutique wines. Live cooking demonstrations will bring the energy of the kitchen to life, offering visitors the chance to discover new culinary techniques and taste dishes that celebrate the creativity of local Chefs and producers.
Adding to the festival experience, two signature dining destinations will open their doors to festivalgoers. The Newmarket Room is renowned for its Modern Australian menu that highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients with flair. Its elegant yet welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy refined dishes that showcase the best of contemporary dining.
Meanwhile, Bellbird Dining & Bar brings a more relaxed, farm-to-table experience, focusing on sustainable, locally sourced produce. With bold flavours and inventive combinations, Bellbird captures the true spirit of South West Sydney’s culinary culture.

Whether you are sipping on locally crafted wine, sampling artisanal treats, or sitting down for a memorable dining experience, the Food & Wine Artisan Festival offers something for everyone.
With free entry and a family-friendly atmosphere, it’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate community, creativity, and cuisine.
