45mL Forty Spotted gin
20mL lemon juice
15mL simple syrup
Clover Hill NV Sparkling
Method
Combine gin, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker, shake and double strain into a tall champagne flute.
Top with Clover Hill sparkling and garnish with a lemon twist.
