Ssamjang Silk Cocktail - Recipe by Marble Korean
Ingredients
30mL lSsamjang honey syrup
60mL rye whisky
20mL lemon juice
1 egg white
Method
Using the custom-made Ssamjang honey syrup, combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, pour into chilled coupe glass.
