Ingredients
20mL Absolut Citron
15mL lemon and thyme oleo saccharum
15mL lemon juice
2 dashes Pastis
Top with Champagne, Prosecco or other sparkling wine
Method
Mix together and serve in a champagne flute, garnished with lemon and thyme sherbet.
